Lennart & Frida

Lennart started out dancing in the very early 1980s. He soon met, studied and started to spend time with old-timers including Al Minns, Frankie Manning and Norma Miller. In 1985 he co-formed highly recognized Swedish dance company The Rhythm Hot Shots (now Harlem Hot Shots). Lennart is today still a most active dancer, instructor, lecturer, judge and administrator.

Frida started dancing in 2009 at Chicago Swing Dance Studio in Stockholm. Her passion for jazz music has always been her main motivation, and when it comes to dancing as well as teaching she greatly values personal expression, rhythm and respect for the roots. In 2015 she joined forces with the swing dance company Harlem Hot Shots, and became a solid member in 2018.

Patrick & Marie

Patrick and Marie are teaching Lindy Hop since 2013. They met during their studies and discovered together the passion of spreading knowledge about swing dancing. The main philosophy in class: enjoy it and have fun!

Both started dancing as kids. Combining these fundamental dance experiences from Ballet and Ballroom with swing dance, musicality and rhythm will create a challenging but enjoyable class for everyone!
